This alligator was removed from a pond in Gainesville early this morning by Gainesville Police Animal Control and City of Gainesville Employees.

    in answer to gators being in texoma up in the creeks there are plenty of them a few years back there were ponds in willis that were full of alligators the lake flooded the ponds and all escaped into texoma all the old timers that lived around willis know what im talking about

    This was indeed a very brave deed on dedicated Police Capt. Steven Fleming and other City employees. The gator was captured without injury to the anima.
