GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- The former Pottsboro ISD teacher and coach accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with one of his students sat down with Grayson County District Attorney's Office officials this morning.

The District Attorney's Office says they met with 31-year-old Ryan Tate and his attorney today after the former softball coach was indicted for an inappropriate relationship with a student earlier this month.

Tate posted $10,000 bond on November 4. DA officials say a formal plea conference has been set for December 16.

Tate resigned from Pottsboro ISD last month.
