BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- The court date has been reset for the Bokchito man and wife accused of moving his daughter's remains across the country.
Abel and Denise Wolf are accused of burying Abel's 11-year-old daughter, Cheyenne, at their Bokchito home, and then digging up her remains and moving them to Oregon and Montana.
The two were scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday, but the Bryan County Clerk's office says the state has not yet received the final autopsy results. They also say the OSBI is still investigating the circumstances surrounding Cheyenne's death and that additional charges could be filed.
The Wolfs are set to appear in court again on December 28.
