From the First Weather Center:
A Tornado Watch is in effect for much of Texoma until 8 p.m.
An upper level low over the four corners this morning will move north of Texoma by later tonight and Wednesday, triggering showers and thunderstorms.

Some of the storms may reach severe limits later this afternoon into the overnight hours with winds in excess of 35 miles per hour .
Also there's potential for heavy rain with some folks getting over one inch as the system ends early Wednesday afternoon.
High pressure will build back into Texoma late Wednesday into early Friday, but a weak upper level trough of low pressure will swing across by Friday evening giving us a slight chance of showers.
