Ada voters cast their ballots for city council member ward one for the second time this year.
Dick Scalf wins the seat with 1,102 votes, 59.76%.
Donna L. York received 742 votes, or 40.24%.
Back in the March election, Dick Scalf upset Mayor Donna York by one vote. But an investigation revealed a convicted felon had voted. So, Judge Tom Landrith was forced to toss that ballot out.
Governor Brad Henry called for the new election that happened Tuesday.
