The suspect of an aggravated robbery in Sherman is now on the loose.
Marshall Earl Williams "Willie"
Police say 45-year-old Marshall Earl Williams also known as "Willie" entered an 83-year-old woman's home last night in the 700 block of East Cherry Street.
Police say he was the woman's handy man. He allegedly told the woman he had car trouble and then tied the woman up in one of the back rooms, unplugged the phone, and then took off with several of her items, including her car and garage door opener.
"The individual knew the vicitm and apparantly had this planned out. He took the time to guide her into the room and tie her up. He did not physically harm her, but she was tied up for about four hours before she worked herself loose and contacted the police department," said Sgt. Bruce Dawsey of the Sherman Police Department.
He's described as a black male, approximately 5 foot 6, weighing around 200 pounds.
