Early voting turnout better than expected in Sherman

SHERMAN -- Early voting for Saturday’s elections in Sherman ended Tuesday, and city officials say the turnout was better than expected.

The city clerk says 1,171 people voted early in person and more than twenty voted by mail. The general election will be held from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 12.

Here are the voting locations for the Sherman Municipal and Sherman ISD school board elections.
