CADDO, Okla. -- Caddo police say a 20-year-old thief was after $800 worth of candy, $2,600 in tools, and a wheelbarrow when he broke into a movie theater.

Officers say Kalin Craig Richardson broke into the Rex 2 Theater in Caddo, Oklahoma, early Wednesday morning.

They say he helped himself to the concession stand and some equipment and then stole a wheelbarrow and took the items to his residence, leaving the wheelbarrow on the front porch.

The theater owner saw his wheelbarrow on Richardson’s property and called police, who say they also found marijuana and meth in the home.

Richardson is being held on drug and theft charges in the Bryan County Jail.
