Authorities suspect foul play

Video will be available shortly.

BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. -- Authorities are piecing together what is now a murder investigation. Bryan County officials suspect foul play after fisherman found a body in Lake Texoma over the weekend.

Authorities say 27-year-old Tristan Ace York bonded out of the Bryan County Jail last Monday, and his body was found nearly a week later in Lake Texoma.

OSBI investigators say York is originally from the Lubbock, Texas area, but was arrested in Bryan County for drug charges. Fishermen found York in Lake Texoma near the Rock Creek inlet Sunday afternoon, near Platter Flats.

Authorities say his body had been in the lake for about five days. OSBI along with sheriff's investigators are working closely on the case, and are now have some leads since identifying the body through fingerprinting.

Preliminary autopsy results were released today, but investigators are awaiting a final report from the state medical examiner's office. Authorities expect to receive the final autopsy report this week.
