ARDMORE, OK -- Police in Ardmore are investigating a stabbing that happened around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

ARDMORE, OK -- Police in Ardmore are investigating a stabbing that happened around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

Officers say the stabbing happened at the Belvedere Apartments on North Washington and involved two men.

Investigators tell us they've not sure what weapon was used, but say both men were in need of medical attention and taken to the hospital.

Officers say one man was injured in the side, another man had head injuries.

With an active investigation still underway officers aren't releasing any more information, but say they believe alcohol was a factor in the fight.
