Older Driver Safety Awareness Week
It's a delicate subject that many Texomans are faced with in their lifetimes---seniors and driving, and when is it time to ask a loved one for their keys.

It's a delicate subject that many Texomans are faced with in their lifetimes---seniors and driving, and when is it time to ask a loved one for their keys.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, one in five people will be age 65 or older by 2030, with an estimated 90 percent licensed to drive.
And as the number of senior drivers grows each year, this week is Older Driver Safety Awareness Week and AAA Oklahoma is encouraging advance planning to help keep senior drivers safe.
They have tools and resourced posted online, including what options are available when a senior can no longer drive. See the link below for more information.
