LOVE CO., OK -- Slick roads may be to blame for a deadly accident in Love County Tuesday night.

Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the single vehicle accident happened about 6:40 p.m. on Highway 32 about 11 miles east of Marietta.

Troopers tell us the cargo van was driving west, toward Marietta, when the driver lost control, slid off the road, and slammed into a tree.

Troopers say the driver was pronounced dead at the scene and there were no passengers in the van.

The accident is still under investigation and the driver's name is not being released until family members are notified.
