SHERMAN -- Flooding across the area causing some big concerns at the corner of Highway 75 and Park Street.

Traffic is moving at a snail's pace, and we talked to an out of towner who thought he could make it through the high waters.

We are told Mission Oaks Retirement Center and Sherman House center are both being evacuated due to the flooding.

Dump trucks are transporting people to buses who are then being taken to Fairview.
