Long-Time Business Damaged by Fire

6-13-04- A long-time Denison business owner is cleaning up Sunday after fire nearly destroyed his tire shop on Main Street. The fire started just before 10:00 a.m. but investigators are still trying to determine the cause.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the garage at Muldrew's Tire and spared an upstairs apartment. No one was inside the building at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.

Muldrew's Tire has been in Denison almost 25 years, but the building is a total loss.
