Probation Terms Set for Sherman Doctor

6-21-04 - A Sherman physician who pled guilty to obscenity this month now knows the terms of his probation.

District Judge Ray Grisham ruled Monday that the deferred adjudication agreement of Dr Ronald Woods would not affect his practice. It will also not place restrictions on his access to his own children.

It will prevent children under 14 from being allowed in his home without a parent present. He also must see a Dallas therapist and take a polygraph test if the court orders it.

The probation stems from Woods guilty plea, that he videotaped his daughter and her friends dancing in the nude and using the restroom. But Judge Grisham said he saw no indication of pedophilia or child pornography in the evidence of the case.
