Ardmore Minister Accused of Shooting Wife

06-25-04 - An Ardmore minister is in jail, accused of trying to kill his own wife. Keith L. Lewis, the Pastor at Ardmore’s Victory Temple Church, is charged with shooting with the intent to kill.

He was arrested Thursday, June 17th by Duncan Police. The Stephens County District Attorney believes Lewis fired two shots at his wife’s car at the intersection of US Highway 81 and Elk Street in Duncan.

Michelle Lewis was shot in the side, but she was able to drive herself to a hospital.

Her husband is in the Stephens County Jail. He is being held on an $800,000 bond.
