08-09-04 - McALESTER, Okla. (AP) Terry Nichols has been sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for his role in the Oklahoma City bombing. He was sentenced Monday morning in McAlaster by state District Judge Steven Taylor.

Nichols was convicted in May of 161 state charges of murder plus charges of arson and conspiracy. He is already serving life without parole for federal convictions in the deaths of eight federal agents in the April 1995 bombing.

The state convictions are for the 160 others and a fetus killed in the blast.
