ARDMORE, Okla. -- A 30-year-old Ardmore man is behind bars for taking a bite out of the wrong side of the law.

Authorities say Michael Nathan Rice was being placed under arrest early Sunday morning when he became violent and started resisting arrest.

Rice then bit an Ardmore officer on the arm and spit several times on the arresting officer.

Rice is being held on a $50,000 bond and faces charges of assaulting a police officer and throwing human waste on a city employee.

The officer was not severely injured.

Why bite when you can just act like you have some sense and do your little time, but no now you will be more time then you could of had because you are a biter.

BREED SPECIFIC LAWS What is breed specific legislation--also known as breed specific laws? In the past decade, many counties in different states have decided that certain dog BREEDS are dangerous and they decide to make rules/laws which impact such dog breeds. That does not mean the BREEDS actually are dangerous, it simply means that rules/laws "say" there is such a thing. (The following breeds have been banned in different areas: Shepherds, Great danes, Amstaff/APBT, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Kuvasz, Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Presa, Cane Corso, Dogo, Husky, Malamute, Wolf/hybrid, Bull Dog, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire bull Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Neopolitan Mastiff, Samoyed, BanDog, Dogues De Bordeaux, Irish Wolfhound, Shar pei, Olde Bulldogge. Other exotic breeds of canines may also be cited.)

This animal (sorry for the insult to animals) should be put in prison and never be let out. He should also have his teeth pulled out and have his mouth stictched shut. How gross. I hope the arresting officer had a tetnus shot and will be tested for HIV.
