ARDMORE, Okla. -- Ardmore residents, watch your mailboxes. The city is sending out a new magazine entitled Ardmore Life.

The magazine will contain info for new residents and events going on around town.

Anyone who currently receives a water bill will get the magazine.

Officials say they are happy to promote their growing city in a new way.

Residents should get the magazine by the end of August.

If you don’t get one, you can pick up a copy at City Hall.

I wonder if it will have a tourist guide for criminal "hotspots" in the city, you know where people can go to see crime as it happens. Thanks to Judge Walker and his brilliant ruling, and to the "rehab" houses sprouting up in our neighborhoods (without the neighbors knowing about it, at that)....Well, this town should really be an attraction for those wanting to explore small-town criminality first-hand.

Be sure to point out that you will receive a softer punishment if you rob & duct tape a family at gunpoint than you will if you try to improve a falling "historical" structure. Maybe the historical board should sit in judgment of crimes and Walker should head the historical board???
