CHOCTAW COUNTY, Okla. -- Oklahoma State Senator Jeff Rabon of Hugo is being charged with driving under the influence in connection with a car accident after lab results showed his blood-alcohol level was double the legal limit at the time of the incident.

Rabon is being charged with misdemeanor aggravated DUI after a blood test found his blood-alcohol level was .16% following a three-car accident on August 27th. The legal limit in the state ok Oklahoma is .08%.

Authorities say Rabon failed a field sobriety test after a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 70 in Hugo.
