Ada churches vandalized by graffiti

ADA, Okla. (AP) - Police in Ada are looking for vandals who spray-painted four churches with graffiti.

Police and the Pontotoc County Sheriff's Department says First Baptist Church, St. Joseph Catholic Church, First Presbyterian Church and Grace Christian Fellowship Church were vandalized.

Investigators say the graffiti included obscenities and phrases such as "Gay Pride" and "Only God can judge.

Police say the graffiti has been removed from the buildings.

    This is the most disrespectful thing I have ever heard of. I can't believe that anyone in their right mind would do this. The persons responsible should be publically whipped for this. Too bad that isn't a choice that the judge can hand down. This is probably young people who have not been taught to respect other people's property. Parents need to teach their children right from wrong and the results of doing the wrong thing.
