Man Charged in Shooting
9-06-04 - Adolph Payne Junior is in the Carter County Jail, being charged with shooting with the intent to kill.
Police in Ardmore say he shot at a woman while she was walking into her mother's home on Park Street Southeast Sunday morning at around eleven.
The woman was unharmed and police are investigating a possible motive to the shooting.
