Accused triple-murderer back in Fannin Co. courtroom

BONHAM, TEXAS -- The man accused of killing three of his family members in Fannin County in January, appeared in court today.

Thomas Taunton was back in court for a report and appearance.

Taunton is charged with capital murder for allegedly shooting and killing Harold Harpst, his mother, Sue Harpst and his sister, Regina Taunton.

Their bodies were found days after they were killed off Highway 11 in Grayson County.

Taunton is scheduled for another appearance on February 28th.
