ADA, OK -- Ada residents looking for a fun alternative for trick or treating can come out to the Halloween Safe House Thursday night.
The Ada Police Department is sponsoring the Halloween Safe House at the County Agri-Plex.
Admission is free for everyone.
Parents and children can come out and get some candy from officers and other businesses in the community.
Police say it's a safe and fun environment for the whole family to enjoy.
"It's not a lot of chaotic, kinds running across the street in traffic, and other stuff," said Ada Police Sergeant, Dewayne Campbell. "It's an organized event where parents and children can come and get their candy, and be in a safe environment."
The event starts at 6 PM and goes until 8:30 PM.
