ARDMORE, OK -- Carter County Sheriff Milton Anthony says additional charges against Melissa Nipp Greenroyd have been sent to the DA's office.

Greenroyd is already facing charges of DUI, firearm, and drug charges. Now she could also face charges of firing at a moving vehicle.

Wilson police say Greenroyd was arrested Tuesday after shots were fired at Dillard and Ridge Road, just east of Wilson.

Greenroyd's son, James Conn Nipp, has been arrested twice this month for eluding police. Authorities also believe he was the last person to see Molly Miller and Colt Haynes, who've been missing since July.
