Ardmore investigating eligibility of some ADA board members

ARDMORE, OK - The City of Ardmore says they're looking into Ardmore Development Authority board members who may not live in Ardmore, a requirement for those appointed.

In a press release issued Wednesday, the city says they recently learned certain trustees may not now and may not ever have been citizens and residents of Ardmore.

The release doesn't state which board members are affected.

Outgoing ADA CEO Wes Stucky announced his retirement last year, effective this coming April.

An e-mail obtained by News 12 stated that city leaders are not happy they've been kept out of the loop in the process of selecting his replacement.

We'll keep you posted on the latest developments.
