Ardmore man killed in occupational accident

ARDMORE, OK - Ardmore police said a man died Thursday afternoon during an occupational accident.

Sergeant Ryan Hunnicutt said the accident happened in the 3500 block of Flanders Drive around 11 a.m.

That's where the Flanders Filters plant is located.

Hunnicutt said the victim, a 41-year-old Ardmore man, was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police are not releasing his name or any other details at this time.
