ARDMORE, OK - The Ardmore school board went into executive session Tuesday night to discuss the principal position at the high school.
Principal Kim Holland put in his resignation back in March, but recently wrote a letter asking his resignation to be withdrawn.
The board decided last month the resignation would stand.
Holland said he was also called into executive session and explained that philosophical differences made him resign.
"I think somewhere along the way there's been some interference with that and at that point I didn't know if we were going to be able to move forward," Holland said.
Holland said his contract ends June 30th.
