DURANT, OK-A judge determined there's enough evidence to prove a burglary was committed in the case of a Bryan county man accused of breaking into a home, where he was shot by a 12-year-old.

Thirty-two year old Stacey Jones was in court for a preliminary hearing Friday. He's charged with first-degree burglary for allegedly breaking into a Calera home, where police said Kendra St. Clair was hiding in a closet and shot him through the door.

St. Clair and Bryan county investigators testified at today's hearing.

Jones is set for arraignment next month, he remains in the Bryan County Jail.
