ATOKA COUNTY, OK -- A man is in the Atoka County jail this evening facing five counts of attempted murder.

Tony Callicoat was arrested Wednesday night after he allegedly shot Henry Griffith Jr. outside his Bentley home.

Atoka County Sheriff, Gary McCool, said Griffith and Callicoat argued after Callicoat ran into Griffith with a four-wheeler. Griffith reportedly punched Callicoat who then got his rifle and shot at Griffith. Bullet fragments grazed the top of Griffith's head, and one hit his lip.

The sheriff says Callicoat then opened fire on the home where Griffith's wife and three children were hiding inside.

Griffith has been released from the hospital. No one else was hurt.
