Hundreds of Austin College students will disperse across Texoma for the annual Great Day of Service.

The event brings together numerous campus organizations.

They'll volunteer at nearly 50 different non-profit organizations.

Volunteer sites include Hannah's Horseshoes for Hope and Beacon Hill Nursing Home.

Co-Chair Naureen Dharini said the best part is inspiring service in new Austin College students.

"I was sort of new, and once the idea of the service event being over, I was like 'oh I really like doing something like this, maybe after this day I can go and help somebody else,'" she said.

Dharini said this is the 15th year they've done this. The events starts at 8:30 tomorrow morning.
