BELLS, TX -- A longtime Bells resident is celebrated a century mark Sunday.

J.T. McBroom brought in his 100th Birthday with dozens of his friends and family members Sunday afternoon. His celebration was held at the First Baptist Church in Bells. Friends say he has been a member of the church for 87 years and rarely ever misses a Sunday service. They also say he and his wife just celebrated their 75th Anniversary.
