Bells Police are pressing charges in a fatal accident that happened along Hwy 56 a couple weeks ago.
Anthony Ruth, 27, is charged with criminally negligent homicide.
Police said Ruth tried to pass Rebecca Morrison as she was turning into First National Bank in Bells.
Morrison was killed on impact.
Police Chief Scott Barrett said Ruth was at fault in the accident.
Ruth faces a prison sentence ranging from180 days to 2 years, and a fine of up to $10,000.
Barrett said police will file their report with the District Attorney this week.
If indicted by a Grand Jury, a warrant will be issued for Ruth's arrest.
