Pirate ship tours begin on Lake Texoma

DENISON, TX -- Saturday is your chance to board a pirate ship right on Lake Texoma.

The "Compass Rose" pirate ship is having it's first public reveal. It's new home is Grandpappy Point Marina in Denison. The ship's owners are inviting the public to come enjoy the ship, all for a good cause.

It's a family event, pirates will give tours and there will be food and booths for people of all ages. There will also be sword fight reenactments The public can come out from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3.

The event will benefit CASA of Grayson County.
