Bond set for Enos man accused of shooting ex-girlfriend

MARSHALL COUNTY, OK - The Enos man arrested Tuesday afternoon for allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend was in court Wednesday.

Marshall County Sheriff's investigators said 48-year-old Russell Neasbitt is charged with shooting with intent to kill. His bond is set for $750,000.

Authorities said 39-year-old Kay Villicana was in a car when Neasbitt shot her twice in the shoulder.

The incident happened outside his home off Blackbird Rd. around 1:30 Tuesday.

Villicana was flown to a Plano hospital where she is listed in stable condition.

Neasbitt is expected back in court August 20 at 2:30 p.m.
