FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- A Bonham man has been indicted on three separate charges.
Court records show that 24-year-old, Jeremy Shguit, was arrested in December for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, and attempt at aggravated sexual assault.
Shguit was indicted Thursday -- all charges are second degree felonies and if convicted -- he faces 2 to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine -- for each charge.
