BONHAM, TX -- A Kingston woman, shot and killed by her ex-boyfriend on Friday, was laid to rest Thursday.
Now family and friends of Ashleigh Lindsey are selling bracelets and sharing her story, to raise awareness of domestic violence.
The purple bracelets are the designated color for domestic violence awareness--it was also Lindsey's favorite color.
All proceeds will benefit the Sherman Crisis Center.
