BRYAN COUNTY, OK - A Bryan County man isjailed for allegedly stealing trade secrets from his employer then threatening the company.
Authorities say 51-year-old Jeffery Wayne Hayes was an employee at Eagle Suspension in Durant when he posted numerous copies of the company's schematics on the internet site YouTube.
An affidavit states that those schematics belong to the company and are considered trade secrets. Each is valued at $10,000.
The affidavit says when Hayes was fired he made email threats to the company.
Hayes is being held at the Bryan county jail on a $16,000 bond.
