Bullet hits house in Sherman

SHERMAN, TX-- A Sherman resident had quite the scare early Saturday morning when a man said he heard a gun shot near his house.

Just before 3 A.M., in the 1600 block of South Montgomery Street, officers said a witness saw a car with two passengers driving northbound.

The witness said the car had two people in it. And shortly after he heard a gun shot.

When officers arrived, they did find a house that had damage from a single shot fired.
