MURRAY COUNTY, OK -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Sulpher child is in the hospital following a crash just north of Davis Saturday night.
Troopers say the driver of a pick-up stopped on a county road to let another vehicle pass and when the driver attempted to re-enter the roadway they lost control and hit a concrete abutment. The crash happened just after 7 o'clock. Authorities say all four occupants inside the vehicle are juveniles. Their names are not being released. Investigators say the driver was taken to OU Children's Hospital in stable condition. Troopers report the passengers are okay.
OHP says the cause of the crash was due to inexperienced driving.
