CHISUM, TX - The Chisum School Board has decided to accept the resignation of superintendent Diane Stegall.
During monday nights meeting, the board voted 4 to 3 and also agreed to pay out, a nearly $105,000 severance package.
Stegall's last official day will be June 30th.
She says, her original contract was written through 2015, but she agreed to sign a voluntary exit agreement.
Stegall has been with the district for nearly 20 years.
