A committee of Denison residents is putting together a plan to raising the final funds for Munson Stadium.
The committee plans to raise the final $1 million for the renovation project.
It meets later this month to iron out the final details on the plan.
The School Board contributed $1.75 million from reserve funds, and $1.25 million from property sold to the city of Denison.
Possible funding sources are selling naming rights to parts of the stadium, plaques and engraved bricks.
The committee is headed by former Denison Mayor Robert Brady.
