Court date reset for Madill father charged with murder

MADILL, OK - A status hearing for a Madill father accused to killing his own son has been rescheduled.

Court records show this is because the autopsy report has not been received.

22-year-old Joshua Adam Irvine pleaded not guilty to his second degree murder charge in July.

Madill Police said Irvine was alone with his four-month-old son and two other children when the baby became unresponsive.

The infant later died.

Irvine is being held in the Marshall County jail on a $750,000 bond.

His court date has been reset for Oct.11 at 2:30 p.m.
