DENISON, TX -- The Denison Fire Department is investigating a suspicious fire that broke out early Tuesday morning.

Denison Assistant Fire Chief Bill Ray says the blaze started around 4:45 a.m. at Visionary Industrial Installation on West Johnson Street.

The fire was contained to the company's warehouse and was rather small thanks to the building's sprinklers.

Investigators tell News 12 the fire's damage could have been much worse if it wasn't for the sprinklers.

Investigators don't yet know what caused the blaze but say they'll conduct interviews to determine if it was intentionally set.
