DENISON, TX-Denison's Munson Stadium will get a million dollar makeover.
Superintendent Dr. Henry Scott said the grant from the Munson Foundation will pay to replace the west stands, press box and concessions. The new stands will seat an additional 800 people on the home side and make the stands compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Scott said the district hope to raise another $1 million to replace the field house.
