Durant man to face charges in fatal accident pending blood test results

BRYAN COUNTY, OK - Troopers say, they do plan to file charges against the driver involved in a fatal accident Sunday pending blood test results.

They say Clyde Powell was driving an SUV that went off Rock Creek Road near Blue and rolled Sunday ejecting all seven people inside.

An 11-year-old was killed, 4 children and 1 adult passenger were hurt.

OHP says none of them were wearing seat belts.

Troopers say evidence at the scene leads them to believe alcohol was involved.

5 victims remain in stable condition in area hospitals one child has been treated and released.
