Durant police investigating an attempted armed robbery

DURANT, OK -- Durant Police say they are investigating an attempted armed robbery.

Investigators say two people tried to rob Jerry's Drive Through on the 1300 block of 1st Street just before 6 o'clock Saturday night.

Police say they have two suspects in custody. They say OHP stopped them going west on highway 70 after they tried to make a get away.

Officers say no one was hurt and nothing was taken during the incident.

The suspects could face charges of Aggravated Robbery.
