LOVE CO., OK -- The Love County undersheriff has resigned after an OSBI investigation into missing money from the sheriff's office.
Jason Bone resigned February 19, and Deputy Harvey Stewart has taken over the position.
OSBI says they have completed their investigation and will turn the findings over to the district attorney's office.
So far no charges have been filed.
