FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- A couple accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the Fannin County Electric Co-op has pleaded guilty.
Prosecutors say Tabitha Caplinger embezzled more than $800,000 dollars when she worked there.
They say her husband Jimmy Caplinger knowingly used the stolen funds for personal gain.
Tabitha was arrested on June 7th of last year.
Tabitha was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
Jimmy received 10 years deferred adjudication probation.
Both were ordered to pay restitution.
