FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- Officers from several different agencies in Fannin County descended on a jail Wednesday morning, but there was no emergency -- just a drill.
A jail in Fannin County held a inmate escapee drill Wednesday. The Fannin County Sheriff's Office, Bonham police, and Savoy police tested their readiness if an inmate were to escape..
Again, this was just a drill, no one was in danger and no one actually escaped.
Schools were informed in advance of the drill.
